Planning & Booking

How far in advance should I start planning?

For peak seasons and luxury properties, start 6–12 months ahead. Golf links, holidays, and popular villas may require longer. Shoulder-season trips can often confirm closer in.

What is your planning process?

Discover → Design → Confirm → Travel. We begin with a brief consultation, share curated options with clear comparisons, secure reservations and perks, then proactively monitor your trip until you’re home.

Do you charge planning fees?

Most trips are covered by supplier commissions. Complex, multi-stop, or time-sensitive itineraries may include a transparent planning fee (credited where applicable). We’ll outline this upfront.

Can you book flights?

Yes. We arrange premium economy, business, and first-class tickets, including schedule monitoring and seat selection where available.

Can you hold rooms or tee times while I decide?

When suppliers allow, we’ll place courtesy holds to give you time to review. Windows vary (often 24–72 hours) and aren’t guaranteed until deposit.

Payments & Policies

What forms of payment do you accept?

Major credit cards are preferred for protection and points. Some services allow bank transfer. We’ll provide secure payment links per supplier.

When are deposits and balances due?

Deposits are typically due at booking; final balances often fall 45–120 days prior to travel depending on supplier and season. Exact dates appear on your invoice.

What is your cancellation policy?

Policies vary by supplier and suite/room category. We’ll outline terms before you commit and recommend insurance aligned to those terms.

Do you price-match or monitor promotions?

We monitor eligible promotions and, when allowed, advocate for re-pricing or added amenities per supplier rules.

Passports, Visas & Insurance

Do I need a passport for my trip?

International travel requires a passport valid at least 6 months beyond your return. We’ll confirm requirements for your destinations.

Can you help with visas and entry requirements?

Yes. We’ll advise on visas, health forms, and any pre-registration. We can also refer trusted partners for expedited services when available.

Is travel insurance necessary?

Highly recommended. Policies can cover cancellation, medical care, evacuation, delays, and baggage. We’ll quote options suited to your trip.

On-Trip Support

What support do I have while traveling?

You’ll have our office and on-the-ground partners, with proactive monitoring of key segments and assistance if changes arise.

What happens if a flight is delayed or canceled?

Contact us and the airline; we’ll work in parallel to re-accommodate flights, transfers, and hotel check-ins, coordinating with suppliers to minimize disruption.

Do you arrange special assistance (mobility, dietary, medical)?

Yes—please share needs early. We coordinate accessible rooms, transport, mobility aids, and dietary notes with hotels, cruise lines, and tour partners.

Customization & Requests

Can you plan milestone trips and group travel?

Absolutely—honeymoons, anniversaries, multi-gen escapes, golf groups, and corporate retreats. We tailor pace, rooming, activities, and dining to your party.

Do you book private experiences?

Yes—drivers, guides, tee times, spa, dining, winery visits, museum access, yacht charters, and more. We prioritize vetted partners.

Can I use my loyalty numbers and elite status?

Yes—share your numbers and we’ll add them. We also leverage preferred partnerships to add VIP amenities where available.
